La Plancha serves homemade Mexican dishes, specialty margaritas, and other Latin American favorites, including those from Chef Dave’s Colombian family recipes. We set the clock for the best happy hour on the island!

For Dave Snyder, the past three decades have been filled with culinary pursuits from New England to his beloved South. Born and raised in Michigan, his unabashed passion for cooking began in high school, continuing in college at the University of Georgia when he quickly discovered a preference for the kitchen over the classroom.

At Halyard Restaurant Group, we’re doing our part in caring for the coastline and protecting our planet. That’s why we’re going green on our take out packaging. Since October of 2018 we use only paper or recycled plastic items for take out. And we’re going Earth- and ocean-friendly by eliminating plastic straws. Join us in our efforts to provide a better carry-out—and planet—for all. HRG adds a 10% green fee to take-out orders.
